142 - Opportunity to join three board-certified Ob/Gyn's in private practice.  The practice offers a 4.5 day work week.  Typically physicians work 3 days in the office and 1.5 days in Surgery. Physicians average 20-30 patients per day.   35% OB, 65%  Gyn.  Physicians deliver between 15-20 babies per month and perform 6-8 majors per month. Call is 1-6 days and 1-7 weekends as they cross coverage with another local group.  
 The office has 12 exam rooms and one total procedure room.  Fully equipped with 3D Ultrasound, Cryo, Leep, Colposcopy, Hysteroscopy and NST.   The office also has a fully integrated EMR system.  They are located across the street from the hospital.  The entire third floor is their office shared with two MFM's.   
The practice delivers and does a majority of their surgeries at one hospital equipped with a level III nursery.  24 hour in house dedicated Ob/ Anesthesiology and 24 hour on call Pediatrics.  All specialists on staff. The Maternity floor is in the midst of a 92 million dollar renovation which should be completed within the next year.   The OR's are all "state of the art" to include Da Vinci Robotics.   The practice also performs some procedures at a local outpatient surgery center located around the corner from the office.   
The practice caters to a middle class clientele.  The practice is 50% HMO/PPO and the rest is a mix of commercial, fee for service and some medicaid.   
Salary is very competitive and  negotiable depending on experience.  Benefits are included as well as 3 weeks time off the first year.  Production incentive.
