Position Overview
Baylor College of Medicine's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is actively seeking a dedicated physician to become a part of the Division of Obstetric and Gynecologic Hospitalists at Texas Children's Hospital Pavilion for Women (PFW). This role will also involve collaboration with TCH Leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibilities will be designated by the Chair and Division Director and may be adjusted based on evolving departmental and divisional requirements.
- The selected candidate will be expected to fulfill 12-hour clinical shifts at the Pavilion for Women at Texas Children's Hospital. Participation in research and educational initiatives within the department is also anticipated.
- All faculty members are expected to contribute to the educational objectives of the College.
- Candidates must commit to fulfilling their duties and responsibilities diligently, adhering to all applicable rules, regulations, and policies. They are expected to dedicate the necessary time and effort to their responsibilities as outlined by the College.
- Education: Must possess an M.D. degree and be Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG).
- Required Certification/Licenses/Registration: Must hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine from the Texas Medical Board.
