J.P. Morgan Wealth Management- Senior Associate, Growth and Strategic Initiatives

Candidate Will:
- Support the Lending business and serve as a key partner to advance the team's growth and strategic initiatives.
- Actively manage Wealth Management Lending business development initiatives in partnership with product and sales.
- Develop and distribute presentation materials to advance Lending's agenda and promote capabilities with internal partners including advisors and senior management.
- Understand the unique needs of high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients and the Lending products offered within J.P. Morgan as well as competitors to identify new areas of opportunity.
- Identify opportunities for synergy between CWM & JPMA offerings within the Lending product suite.
- Inform and develop internal communications and assist with management of the Lending intranet.
- Evaluate and improve upon various manual processes managed by the Lending team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Series 7, 66 preferred; willingness to obtain within six months of onboarding.
- Superior analytical skills, including financial analysis with the ability to translate and synopsize data for decision-making.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-starter with superior project management, problem-solving and time management skills. Ability to perform well in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment while appropriately prioritizing competing timelines.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills - ability to cultivate and build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to actively work within a team environment while driving accountability for personal goals.
