We are currently seeking a highly talented Infrastructure & Ops Administrator to join our team.

Minimum Requirements:

- High school diploma/GED
- 4 years’ experience in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Experience administering IT systems, particularly in Microsoft Windows/Active Directory/Exchange environment
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Technical and non-technical communication skills
- Ability to exercise judgment and discretion
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and projects
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Experience with reporting and auditing IT systems
- System Center Endpoint Manager or Intune Experience
- 2 years’ experience using PowerShell or equivalent scripting language
- Experience with virtual desktop platforms such as Microsoft AVD or Citrix VDI
- Familiarity with Microsoft Desktop and/or Log Analytics
- Experience with Microsoft Graph automation
- Familiarity with PatchMyPC and AppDeploy Toolkit

Responsibilities:

- Configure applications and manage Virtual Desktop and Endpoint Management
- Utilize PowerShell scripting and Intune Policy Management
- Deploy applications and engineer solutions in various platforms
- Handle sensitive administrative tasks and document solutions for first call resolution
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary
- Resolve technical trouble tickets
