Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our company into its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, operations, and management within the food manufacturing industry. This role requires a visionary leader who can uphold our standards, nurture our team, and drive our business forward.



Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency and quality control. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability. Manage and mentor a dedicated team of 75 employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers and vendors. Qualifications:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans. Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
