The Role

TOTEME is looking for a full-time Sales Advisor to join our new store on Madison Avenue in New York. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, providing excellent service and building long-term relationships with our customers and driving business in all aspects, from sales to brand building. You will report to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent service to customers. Create and maintain long-term relationships. Work individually and as part of a team to execute efficient workflows and reach sales targets. Work with merchandising and styling. Plan and execute daily store operations. Work towards company standards and goals. Analyze and work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business goals. Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Your Profile

Previous experience in high-end service with a strong lifestyle brand. Fluent in written and spoken English.

About You

Passionate about style, communication and storytelling. Driven and results-oriented. Able to multitask and solve issues smoothly. Structured and well-organized. Agile with an open mindset. Social and outgoing with a strong interest in people. Curious to understand customer needs. Flexible schedule, available to work evenings and weekends.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's Madison Avenue store starting September 2024.

The hourly salary for this role ranges between $20-25/hour and will be set according to the applicant’s profile, skills and previous experience

TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London and New York and a growing number of stores in Europe, North America and Asia. You will join a dynamic, creative and highly collaborative team working towards exciting projects and milestones. You will contribute to the company’s development and have the opportunity to grow within your role.
