Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Location Honolulu, Oahu Pay $22 an hour Responsibilities
  • Enroll, cancel, and change health plan memberships.
  • Monitor and track monthly health plan eligibility.
  • Handle COBRA administration and compliance, including issuing election forms and processing elections and payments.
  • Receive and respond to unemployment claims.
  • Gather data, obtain documents, and extract details.
  • Assist with client and employee inquiries regarding all aspects of employee benefits, leaves of absence, and unemployment.
  • Read and analyze general business journals.
  • Conduct research for unemployment hearings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 2 years of combined education and experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Detail-oriented and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership qualities and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Motivated, dependable, trustworthy, and hardworking.
