Description

Basic Function

Provides exceptional service to all guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner at all our outlets: La Cascada Table & Bar, Double L Pool Bar, La Tienda and our beverage carts.

Job Responsibilities

Train and develop all team members Follows food safety and sanitation guidelines Working knowledge of Profit and Loss Statements Manage inventory and complete weekly & daily reporting Deliver excellent guest service as you supervise the restaurant team Manage the opening and closing of La Cascada Table & Bar Maintain product quality and accurate inventory Follow cash handling procedures, ordering, invoice management, reporting and general security Be comfortable sharing your knowledge about our ingredients, entrees and other menu items Treat each guest / member like they are family by giving them outstanding and friendly service Develop a positive working relationship with team members, vendors, and guests Maintain confidential information Follow and enforce company policies, programs, and compliances

Skills

Minimum of 1 year in restaurant leader of a full-service establishment preferred Experience in food preparation, cash handling, labor management, and inventory Demonstrates the ability to train and motivate employees

Qualifications

1+ year of restaurant leadership experience in a quick service, casual or fine dining environment Must have a current T.A.B.C & Texas Certified Food Handler Certificate A satisfactory background check required Able to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time, move/lift items some of which may be heavy up to 50 lbs. Willingness to work varied hours and days. Including nights, weekends, and holidays Must be at least 21+
