    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Managing the end-to-end renewal process, collaborating with Customer Success, Finance, and Sales teams to retain and expand customer contracts.
Negotiating renewal terms, maintaining a renewal forecast, identifying opportunities for account growth.Enhancing the renewals process to optimize retention.Handling escalations related to contracts, and identify process gaps to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

2+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role ideally in SaaS companiesMUST be fluent in Spanish or Portuguese Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skillsEffective communicator, strong interpersonal and collaboration skillsMotivated, driven and results-orientedSelf-motivated, proactive team player
