Acts as the receptionist for the Administration office.
Internal and external customer relations and satisfaction (employee, physician, patient, community), marketing activities, presentation/document preparation, event planning and special projects, varied secretarial duties to include typing, filing and data entry, assists in dissemination of information.
Employees are subject to assignment of other duties (within their credentials and competencies) that may not be specifically covered in their position description.
Experience Required Good communication skills and telephone etiquette.
Must be able to greet and deal with apprehensive patients.
Previous receptionist experience desired but not required.
Must be able to perform well in stressful situations.
Education Required High School or better Preferred Associates or better in Marketing Associates or better in Business Administration Behaviors Preferred Functional Expert:
