Our client, a leading Medical Device Manufacturer and distributor is adding a Controller/Accounting Manager to their entity in BranchBurg NJ.
This role will report to the CFO and be an in-office role.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day accounting andfinance support using QuickBooks, including:Accounts receivable/ (AR) invoices, Accounts Payables, paying vendors, analyzing and coding credit card charges and more
- Multiple state sales and use tax filings
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including:
- Journal entries
- Account reconciliations (e.g., prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and accrued expenses schedules)
- Reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of consolidating monthly financial statements.
- Support consolidated management reporting.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Financial Statement Preparation Experience.
- Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Advanced Level Excel and ERP systems. QuickBooks a plus

- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
