WORK ENVIRONMENT: Medical office environment. Mondays-Fridays 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Occasional overtime may be required.

Professionally greet patients on phone and in person.

Accurately schedule patients for appointments.

Update patient demographics.

Verify insurance benefits.

Keep patient lobby clean and orderly.

Work with manufacture accounts to order product.

General office duties.

Will be cross trained to cover in other areas.

Requirements:

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Qualified candidate should have 1 year experience working in a medical office or hospital.

Excellent oral and written communication skills required.

Must be well organized and detail oriented.

Knowledge of GE Centricity , Practice Management software or TIMS for Audiology software beneficial.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

Familiar with HIPPA privacy guidelines.


EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED required
