As a Lifeguard supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pools. You will oversee safety of our aquatic areas, guests, and have thorough knowledge of the resort rules, policies, and procedures. You will take preventative measures through enforcement of rules and policies to ensure the safety of all guests and if necessary, use your knowledge of first aid to save lives. You will be also assist with training an preparing associates in essential skills such as front crawl, breaststroke, and diving.

POSITION DETAILS 

Experience as a Lifeguard or Pool Attendant required.

You will interact with people of various ages from diverse backgrounds. 

You are customer-oriented, welcoming, excellent communicator, swift and safety-minded.  

Must have active lifeguard certification with Red Cross (Deep water)

Ability to work with little supervision, maintain a high-level of performance and follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
