Job Description

Assistant Superintendent - Responsibilities:

Supporting the Construction Superintendent in overseeing day-to-day construction activities on-site.Assisting with the coordination and scheduling of subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.Monitoring progress and ensuring that work is being completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.Conducting regular site inspections to identify and address any safety hazards, quality issues, or deviations from the project plan.

Assistant Superintendent - Successful Candidate:

2+ years as an Assistant Superintendent with a General ContractorLife Science project experience is a plusFamiliarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in Massachusetts is essential. Understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques relevant to the region is also beneficial.OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety CertificationA valid driver's license
