$20.56 minimum hourly rate
Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve all attendance notifications from phone, voicemail, email, Skyward, and in-person requests from parents.
- Produce and send to student and parent(s) attendance communication documents including attendance notifications, contracts, loss of credit letters, and other related documents.
- Greet and assist visitors to the Main Office
- Complete attendance passes and notifications for students leaving the building.
- Resolve all absence lists: activities, athletics, substitute, groups, and other mass absence lists.
- Serve as a liaison between the administration, information desk, and teachers for attendance issues
- Produce attendance reports
- Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience in effectively working with high school age students and parents.
- Evidence of experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to effectively maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to type at a minimum rate of 50 wpm.
- Proven record of excellent organizational skills and attention-to-detail.
- Ability to quickly learn the Student Information System as it relates to attendance and reporting.
- Proven record of positive communication and interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, the general public, etc. sufficient to exchange or convey information and to receive work direction.
