    About Our Client

    I am currently partnered with a Global, Publicly Traded, Multi-Billion Dollar Manufacturer who is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst/Specialist to join their Finance Team at their North America HQ location. This role will play a critical part in driving the financial success of various business units by analyzing KPIs, providing insights on trends, and supporting leadership with strategic decision-making. This person will be responsible for consolidating data, conducting financial analyses, and ensuring the alignment of business unit performance with corporate goals.

    Job Description

  • Collect, consolidate, and interpret financial data from multiple business units to support performance evaluation and reporting.
Analyze actuals, forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans, highlighting any key trends or variances that impact the overall business.Collaborate on cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing business performance, such as competitor benchmarking, cost analysis, and working capital management.Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.Monitor the progress of key business initiatives, providing assessments of risks, opportunities, and sensitivities.Benchmark internal business units against external competitors to identify areas for improvement and competitive advantages.Partner with leadership to provide data-driven recommendations and insights to improve financial performance.Lead or participate in special projects, including business process improvement, M&A analysis, and financial benchmarking studies.Collaborate closely with departments such as Tax, Treasury, HR, and Corporate Strategy to ensure seamless financial operations and reporting.Work closely with corporate finance to ensure alignment of business unit performance with company-wide financial objectives.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting; CA, CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.4-5 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or management reporting roles within the Manufacturing Industry.Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, budgeting processes, and KPI analysis.Working in SAP ERP System is a requirement for this role Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and the use of reporting tools.Demonstrated ability to manage large datasets and provide meaningful insights from complex data.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.Ability to work both independently and within a team, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
