    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed designs using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
Reverse engineer products and components.Support document control and Engineering Change Requests (ECR).Collaborate with customers and internal teams.Improve manufacturing processes with Lean methods.Resolve product issues and customer complaints.Validate processes using ISO practices.Assist with equipment maintenance and repairs.Manage projects related to new equipment and engineering tasks.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 2 years CAD experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD.At least 2 years in a manufacturing environment; internships considered.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and document control systems; CAD software knowledge preferred.Lean/Six Sigma certification highly desirable.Occasional travel may be required.Flexibility for overtime as needed.Ability to handle, label, and monitor Hazardous and Universal Waste, with applicable training provided.
