Pay:

Licensure:

Preferred Experience:

BSN required; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of successful nursing practice, with at least three years recent mental health and medical-surgical experience. One-year management experience preferred.
Basic computer skills required; advanced skills preferred.
Strong knowledge base and commitment to the principles of quality improvement.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with other members of the multi- disciplinary health care team to accomplish the medical center's mission, vision, and goals
Demonstrated effective utilization of the nursing process.
Past performance appraisals reflect a minimum of highly satisfactory.
Evidence of strong positive interpersonal/customer service skills, verbal/ written communication and leadership skills.
Evidence of sound decision-making and critical thinking skills.
Ability to articulate professional standards of practice.
Knowledge of resource management preferred.
