Description:
To position serves as command headquarters level Special Access Program (SAP) Green Door manning Specialist/Analyst with an emphasis on providing personnel, operations, industrial information, physical and communications security program functions in support of US Space Force, USAF, DoD, and National Level Special Access Programs (SAPs) within the Space Operations Command (SpOC) (FIELDCOM).

The applicant must have knowledge of Space Electromagnetic Warfare, Space Domain Awareness, Orbital Warfare, Intel Operations, and Cyberspace mission areas and associated organizations to promote interchange of information on unit SAP Green Door manning levels to ensure placement and assignment flow of Space Force personnel IAW DAFI 16-902(S) dated, 1 November 2021 and SpOC CC's Guidance and Intent. Must have knowledge of a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods (i.e. Statistical Analysis and Retrieval System (STARS) and Retrieval Applications Website (RAW) for the assessment and improvement of command level plans and SAP with the intent of resourcing HQ SpOC and Delta's with selectively Green Door manned/highly qualified personnel. Ability to communicate effectively with counterpart officials in other Space Force Field Commands, AFPC, SAF/AA, Enterprise Talent Management Office, USSF/S1, PSFB CPO, contractors, and other command staff offices. Knowledge of military (including command level) program goals and objectives in order to apply methods of evaluating the effectiveness of Green Door manning actions; the sequence and timing of key operational events and milestones; and the relationship of the various command entities involved in overall SAP unit manning and execution of military operations and evaluations. The applicant must have had a previous Special Access Program assignment (Green Door).

Key Skills and Abilities:
1. Knowledge of a wide range of Space Electronic Warfare, Space Domain Awareness, Orbital Warfare, Intel Operations, and Cyber capabilities and programs to promote interchange of information on unit SAP Green Door manning levels to ensure placement and assignment flow of Space Force personnel IAW DAFI 16-902 dated 1 November 2021 and SpOC CCs Strategic Intent.

2. Knowledge of a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods (i.e. Statistical Analysis and Retrieval System (STARS) and Retrieval Applications Website (RAW) for the assessment and improvement of command levelplans and Special Access Programs (SAP) with the intent of resourcing HQ SpOC and Delta's with selectively Green Door manned/highly qualified personnel to conduct major operations in Space Domain Awareness & Command and Control; Space Protection; Space Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance; Missile Warning/Defense; MILSATCOM; Space Position, Navigation & Timing; Space Testing, Training, Tactics & Exercises; Space Launch, Ranges & AF Satellite Control Network Operations; Cyber Integration; Global Information Grid Operations & Defense; Cyber Counter-Threat; Cyber Warfare and associated mission and flight operations, tactical space lift, deployment, mobilization, exercise, training systems, foreign military sales, Planning, Programming, & Budgeting System (PPBE), acquisition, special operations, or similar operations.

3. Knowledge of military (including command level) program goals and objectives in order to apply methods of evaluating the effectiveness of Green Door manning actions; the sequence and timing of key operational events and milestones; and the relationship of the various command entities involved in overall SAP unit manning and execution of military operations and evaluations.

4. Knowledge of the application of military space and cyberspace operations expertise as they apply to selectively Green Door manned units, programs and weapons systems.

5. Skill in designing and conducting comprehensive studies and preparing solutions to especially broad, important, and military operational and contingency areas/capabilities, with special emphasis on SAP capabilities, in order to apply analysis to organize selectively Green Door manned units.

6. Ability to plan and organize studies or projects and to negotiate effectively with management to accept and implement recommendations, where proposals involve substantial resources, and require extensive changes in established concepts and procedures in order to effectively resource Green Door units across the Space Force.

7. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; negotiates complex issues; and maintains good working relationships.
