Job Summary: The Data Entry position is responsible for inputting basic data into systems, databases or spreadsheets. 


What does a day in the life of a Data Entry look like?

Enter basic data into the systems, databases or spreadsheetsUse software tools such as Monday, Excel, and Word Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modulesCollaborate with other departments as needed to resolve issuesMaintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all timesAdhere to company policies and proceduresMeet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs Perform other duties as assigned


What are the required qualifications for a Data Entry?

Must have experience using Monday.com softwareMust have basic/entry level knowledge using MS ExcelMust have high school diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years of age or older Good communication skills, both verbal and writtenPrevious data entry experience or equivalent preferredProficient in using computers and various software applicationsKnowledge of specialized tools for data entry preferred
