About the Role: As a Data Entry Clerk at Think Tell Junction, you'll be responsible for accurately entering and updating information into our databases and systems. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our data and ensuring efficient operations across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter data from various sources into computer databases, spreadsheets, or other electronic files.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering information as necessary.
  • Sort and organize paperwork and documents for data entry.
  • Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.
  • Fast typing skills; ability to type accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data entry software.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
