What You’ll Be Doing:  

You will be responsible for managing the development of clinical trial products that aim to streamline the research process, making it more inclusive and efficient. The suite of products will unify into a clinical trial platform, serving as a pivotal tool in accelerating the pace of clinical trials, ensuring better data integrity, and providing a superior experience for both patients and clinical sites. 

What You Should Bring: 

Strategy and Vision: 

Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the clinical trial platform, aligning with company goals and market needs. 

Drive the adoption of the platform within the research community, ensuring it meets the evolving demands of clinical trials. 

Platform/Product Development: 

Collaborate with technical leadership to maintain a well-defined roadmap and backlog, guiding the platform’s development and feature releases. 

Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of features and resolve any impediments to development. 

User Experience: 

Engage with end-users, including researchers, clinicians, and patients, to gather insights and feedback to inform platform enhancements. 

Prioritize user needs in the platform roadmap to ensure a seamless and productive user experience. 

Cross-functional Collaboration and Communication: 

Partner with stakeholders across research, clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and Tech@Lilly to ensure alignment on vision and execution 

Advocate for the platform internally and externally, driving awareness and adoption across the research ecosystem. 

Market Analysis: 

Monitor industry trends and technological advancements in clinical trial software to identify opportunities for innovation. 

Conduct competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and maintain the platform’s market-leading position. 

Your Basic Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on healthcare or life sciences. 

10+ years of product management experience, preferably in clinical trial software or related healthcare technology. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a regulated healthcare environment. 

Familiarity with the regulatory landscape of clinical trials and data privacy standards. 

Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering software solutions that have a significant impact on business outcomes. 

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
