Lead a team of quality professionals and provide training and coaching to ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices, with a focus on customer collaboration and support for warehouse audits. Collaborate with other leaders and stakeholders to develop and implement quality metrics to measure and improve performance, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and warehouse compliance. Ensure timely resolution of quality issues and customer complaints through root cause analysis and corrective actions, with a focus on customer collaboration and support for warehouse audits. Requires 15% domestic/international travel.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, logistics, or related field (or foreign equivalent), plus 3 years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation.    

Special Requirements: Requires 2 years of experience with the following:
1)    Quality Management and logistics.
2)    Six sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
3)    Supply Chain management.
4)    Warehouse compliance on Quality and Safety.
5)    Root cause analysis skills utilizing established methodologies such as 8D, Ishikawa Diagram.
Requires 15% domestic/international travel. May require employment and background checks.

Job Overview TE Connectivity's Quality Assurance Teams are responsible for all or part of an organization's Quality Management System, including conformance and continuous improvement initiatives. They work on systemic evaluation of products, services, facilities, manufacturing or business processes, to ensure that standards of quality are being met. Develop and implement quality plans, programs and procedures using quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and six-sigma tools and analyses. They reviews, analyze and report on quality discrepancies, investigate problems and executes quality audits, and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. The team works closely with manufacturing, engineering, customers, or suppliers and subcontractors to ensure requirements are met.
