  • Action Property Management, a premier management company, is seeking a full-time Building Engineer for our Yerba Buena Island property in San Francisco.
  • The Building Engineer, under the supervision of the General Manager, is responsible for maintaining, correcting deficiencies, and/or making repairs to all "common areas" within the Association and for supervising the repair and maintenance work performed by third parties.
  • Job Responsibilities: Oversee, complete, and track the required maintenance tasks for all building components including: all HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire monitoring equipment, emergency generator equipment, building automation systems and other such maintenance required to maintain the building.
  • Oversee all facets of the daily operation of the Building, ensuring compliance with HOA policies and regulations as required by code and regulatory enforcement agencies.
  • Maintain certification as Alternate or Fire Safety Director.
  • Qualifications/Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of On-Site Maintenance experience in mid or high rise commercial communities preferably in hospitality or property management.
