Be a part of our Banquets Team as a Chef de Partie, this is an experienced culinary Supervisor position.
Complies with any additional requests that may arise pertaining to Chef de Partie.
Acts as a liaison between the line-staff and kitchen management to insure the kitchen staff is operating in at the expected level set by the Resort Culinary Management.
Oversee the day-to-day operations for the kitchen(s) including all outlets, banquets, staff cafeteria, and stewarding in absence of the Culinary Management.
Ability to operate, maintain and properly clean deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, flat top grill.
