The Sr. Administrative Assistant will support and directly report to the Vice President, Chief Counsel, Real Estate (HBRE).

Provide support as directed to ensure the Legal Department's goals and objectives are accomplished and the Legal Department runs smoothly Maintain and refine internal processes that support the Legal Department and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow Provide administrative support for the Legal document repository, spreadsheet creation, filing, typing, and creating PowerPoint presentations Maintain confidentiality, best practices and professionalism with all materials

Preferred candidates shall have:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a law department or in the legal field Excellent written and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive, supportive working relationships with all management levels and cross-functional teams Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills; attention to details Demonstrate an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects, initiative additional tasks and organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects

The hiring range for this position is $26.63 - $38.31 USD per hour. The final salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience. The position is eligible to participate in FM Global’s comprehensive Total Rewards program that includes an incentive plan, generous health and well-being programs, a 401(k) and pension plan, career development opportunities, tuition reimbursement, flexible work, time off allowances and much more.
