We are looking for a product manager for a contract to support our Community Experiences product line.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate work between our Data Science team and a key business partner to deliver a data pipeline that meets the partner's needs.
- Collaborate with Engineering to deliver specifications and prioritization for instrumentation of controls needed to support required reporting.
- Collaborate with Engineering to deliver specifications and prioritization needed to support a content migration between two critical customer-facing systems.
- Assess existing reporting against business needs and collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to develop a report/dashboard structure that meets team and partner requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
Years of Experience Required: 3+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor’s Degree.
PLEASE be prepared to provide A COPY OF a technical spec you have developed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest in community support and deflection measurement.
- Experience working with technical program managers on delivery against strategic objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-group skills.
- Exceptional problem solving, strategic and creative thinking, and technical skills.
- Self-driven and able to work through ambiguity with minimal direction.
- Attention to detail, highly organized, with an absolute focus on quality of work.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience with expertise in data analysis and structure, including refining key performance indicators.
Minimum 3 years experience with implementing technical SEO solutions in large scale content migrations.
Minimum 3 years experience with defining technical standards that adhere to privacy and security best practices.
Responsibilities include maintaining current status of customer requirements for existing and future products and proactively seeking user feedback to improve application design and deployment, maintaining knowledge of business direction and strategy, and incorporating requirements into the product planning process, developing relationships with Program Manager to facilitate product development, identifying, evaluating, and recommending marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives and demonstrating and positioning product to internal and external audiences.
Skills: 3-5 years of work-related experience in product management, including developing functional specifications and data analysis required. Strong oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to work with internal and external customers required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects required. Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of Microsoft products and strategies preferred. Marketing experience with high-tech products preferred. Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60.24 to $66.93 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
