About the Role

Amazon is seeking an experienced Product Manager, Technical to help scale our continuing education capabilities within the ASBX Builder Hub platform. In this role, you will be responsible for envisioning, planning, and delivering engaging and impactful educational content and experiences for Amazon's technical community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop the product roadmap and strategy for a suite of continuing education offerings within BuilderHub, including self-paced courses, live training events, certification programs, and more.
  • Work cross-functionally with content creation, engineering, UX, and other teams to bring these learning experiences to life.
  • Use data and customer insights to continuously optimize the learning products, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our developer audience.
  • Leverage SQL to build dashboards and reporting that track key performance metrics and learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across ASBX to integrate the continuing education offerings seamlessly into the overall Builder Hub experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online/digital learning to inform innovation.
About the Team

The Amazon Software Builder Experience (ASBX) organization has a mission of creating the world's best builder experience across tens of thousands of software engineers, and all Amazon businesses (e.g., AWS, Amazon Stores, etc.). Our Builder Tools team in ASBX owns the software development tools Amazon software teams use to develop, release, and manage their software.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight.
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale digital learning offerings and drive user engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in developer-focused products or platforms.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
