We are seeking an experienced and positive Inbound Sales Representative specializing in imaging parts, who is ready to serve as an enthusiastic promoter of PartsSource to internal and external clients. Your primary responsibility is to source, negotiate, close, and ensure delivery of Diagnostic Imaging replacement parts to our customers. This position requires a strong background in imaging sales and/or parts sourcing, along with exceptional problem-solving skills, influence, drive for improvement, and accountability.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers via inbound calls or emails to understand their imaging part requirements and provide them with accurate and timely quotes.
  • Build rapport with customers, actively listening to their needs, and offering appropriate solutions based on their imaging equipment requirements.
  • Evaluate vendor options based on quality, availability, and pricing, ensuring competitive offerings that meet customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to obtain the best possible deals.
  • Utilize your knowledge of market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements to effectively negotiate and achieve cost savings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as purchasing and order management to ensure timely order placement.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of imaging parts and their compatibility with different equipment models to better serve customers' needs.

  • Deep understanding of the company's products or services, various types of diagnostic imaging equipment, their functionalities, and applications, as well as industry trends and competitors, to provide informed recommendations and solutions to clients.
  • Ability to identify, evaluate, and engage with vendors to procure diagnostic imaging parts and ensure timely delivery and service support.
  • Use time effectively and efficiently, organize a broad range of activities and workload, and make decisions in a timely manner.
  • Consistently displays strong energy, initiative, and passion for the work to constantly move things forward despite obstacles and/or resistance.

Education and Experience:

  • Proven work experience of 3 to 5 years as an inbound sales representative and/or sourcing representative, with experience in selling Diagnostic Imaging and/or aftermarket medical devices/parts.
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and foster relationships.
  • Experience using problem-solving methodologies to improve KPIs and CSAT results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to build trust and collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to actively listen to team members, identify trends and pain points, and contribute to solutions.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in quotes, purchase orders, and documentation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to traverse the production facility.
