Staybridge Suites Allentown West is seeking a mature, reliable individual with strong customer service skills and a professional appearance. Position is part time, Friday and Saturday nights 11pm to 7am.  

Duties include, but are not limited to:


-checking guests in/out; assigning rooms

-assisting guests with special requests

-completing all front desk tasks
-making and confirming reservations
-balancing daily work
-completing night audit of daily transactions

-assist breakfast team with making coffee and setting up buffet

-offering friendly and professional customer service to all guests
