Qualifications Required:
Valid Regular Driver License (DL).
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales.
Comfortable with a 2-hour driving radius.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in any of the following:
Chemotherapy Pharmacy
Long term care (LTC) Pharmacy
Retail Pharmacy
Minimum of 2 years of experience in:
Home Infusion
Specialty Pharmacy
Previous sales experience required. Briefly describe your sales background.
Overview: This role involves establishing and nurturing relationships with referral sources, creating business plans, and achieving sales revenue goals. The ideal candidate must have medical sales experience, handle customer complaints effectively, and uphold professional standards. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Senior Management to enhance efficiency and product knowledge.
Develop and execute business plans to meet or exceed sales revenue targets.
Actively seek referrals from current and potential customers.
Address customer complaints following Company guidelines.
Educate referral sources on our services and benefits.
Analyze market trends to devise competitive strategies.
Ensure compliance with Company policies and directives.
Complete required reports and administrative tasks promptly.
Maintain records and files as per Company requirements.
Represent the company at conventions, trade shows, and in-services.
Foster positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Schedule and Shift Details:
Standard business hours with travel within a 2-hour driving radius.
