Hours Part-time, Tuesday - Thursday Location Kaneohe, Oahu Pay $18 to $22 an hour Responsibilities- Greet incoming patients.
- Assist patients over the phone and in-person.
- Verify insurance information and handle claims.
- Enter patient information into database.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date filing system of all patient files and documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Previous administrative/office experience required.
- Previous medical office experience is a plus.
- Previous experience with EPIC medical software preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
