Position Summary/Purpose:

Minnwest is seeking an individual for a full-time Executive Assistant position at one of the following locations: Eagan, Farmington or Waseca. The Executive Assistant is responsible for a myriad of administrative and support tasks for internal customers at the direction of the Chief Banking Officer. This position provides assistance to the Chief Banking Officer, the Director of Branch Delivery and the Director of Retail Services on assigned projects as needed. Primary accountability includes assembling information for various meetings, coordination of project materials, planning and scheduling meetings and assisting with accounts payable administration needs. Coordinates meetings and handles arrangements as requested.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma and equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated administration, coordination and project management skills
  • Ability to develop positive relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Windows Tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College Degree
  • 2 - 4 years administrative experience
  • Financial Services experience
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify issues, establish priorities and accomplish outcomes in a sequential fashion; anticipates needs and develops alternative course of action in recognition of changing conditions
