Manager, Product Growth Responsibilities:



  • Inform and shape product strategy through understanding data and combining insights across analyses and research
  • Ideate and iterate on product directions that will help scale retention and growth, within our platform and across the company
  • Drive execution on key product levers that drive growth and engagement for the overall ecosystem through cross-organizational alignment
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of high-performing analysts working across a wide product scope


Minimum Qualifications:



  • 3+ years experience as a people manager
  • 8+ years experience in analytics or product
  • Experience in effectively collaborating across a variety of technical and non-technical functions to drive towards common product goals
  • Experience in quantitative analysis geared towards drawing actionable insights from complex datasets
  • Experimentation experience in designing multivariate tests, synthesize test results and build frameworks to make data-informed launch decisions
  • Creative product ideation experience to apply growth tactics broadly to different product areas and think through detailed elements of a product experience
  • Experience clearly communicating data driven product insights to influence leadership direction
  • Experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL)
  • Bachelor's degree and/or work experience in a product or analytics role


Preferred Qualifications:



  • BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Statistics or related quantitative field
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, advertising or growth
