Accountability for the quality of care delivered, recognizing the limits of knowledge and experience; addressing situations beyond the nurse's competency; and performing to the level of education, knowledge, and skill ordinarily expected of an individual who has completed an approved professional nursing education program. Supports multiple areas within a clinic setting with strong interpersonal skill and flexibility while maintaining patient confidentiality and protecting patient rights. Promotes a safe and therapeutic environment of care and advocates for the best interests of individual patients. Resolves concerns or complaints regarding patient care or service.

Work Schedule:

Monday and Tuesday in Burnsville

Wednesday in St. Louis Park location

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduated from a school of nursing.
  • Associate degree or diploma required.
  • Maintain a current state certified registered nurse's licensure.
  • BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development necessary to provide appropriate care to the patient population served.
  • Possesses the qualities of strong critical thinking skills and ability to multitask.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1 year of prior experience in nursing preferred.
