Job Description
- Collaborate on annual sales forecasts and territory plans with specific goals.

The Successful Applicant
5 years of outside sales experience in Power Transmission and Automation products.Proven track record of meeting sales goals.Strong sales strategies and techniques.Preferred: Associate's degree or higher in a related field.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Strong project management and multitasking skills.Technical expertise in company products.Effective time management and adaptability.Superior presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and distribution software.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Travel: Primarily local (90%), with occasional overnight travel.
