Support the administration of the Security Cooperation Education and Training Program (SCETP) at the United States Element (USELM) to the Inter-American Defense College (IADC), located at Washington, DC.
Plan and execute the life-cycle support of all International Military students and their dependents.
Establish and maintain automated database of student training records and to schedule students for various courses of instructions.
Review invitational travel orders (ITOs) for all students ensuring they are complete, and that personal and academic requirements and prerequisites have been met prior to entering training.
Ensure academic certificates and awards are available for presentation at recognition ceremonies.
Oversee and coordinate travel arrangements, airport transportation, in-/out-processing of students, and lodging arrangements for students.
Develop supply, travel, and training budgetary requirements and track expenditures accordingly.
