Job Summary

As an Regional Account Executive (East Coast or Gulf Coast) at ServiceMaster TRS, you will spearhead sales efforts, build lasting client relationships, and expand our market presence. You will drive new business by targeting key referral sources and collaborating with our internal teams to tailor SRM solutions for large losses. This role is crucial to achieving our revenue goals and ensuring customer satisfaction in Texas, the Northeast, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and secure large loss projects by building relationships with commercial brokers, agents, adjusters, claims managers, and risk managers.

Identify and cultivate relationships with key end-user accounts within targeted verticals, focusing on projects within our territories or those requiring significant mobilization efforts.

Prioritize sales efforts in our designated territories while also pursuing opportunities in areas prone to extreme weather events.

Travel to catastrophic events such as hurricanes and floods to chase large-scale restoration work and secure projects.

Implement and manage sales activities to achieve KPIs and sales goals related to large loss projects, number of referrals, and new business partnerships.

Collaborate with other Regional Account Executive, Commercial Sales Reps, Large Loss Sales Reps, and the Operations team to drive revenue and ensure seamless service delivery nationwide.

Stay informed about industry trends and local market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Experience: 7-20 years of sales experience in the restoration industry, insurance, or related fields, with a focus on large loss and commercial sales.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with high-level stakeholders.

Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with a hunter mentality.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

In-depth understanding of the disaster restoration industry, large loss processes, and the insurance claims process.

Familiarity with key vertical markets such as education, healthcare, hotels, industrial, and manufacturing is a plus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Other: Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively (75% or more).
