This role is ideal for an ambitious and skilled family medicine and/or internal medicine physician to join a well-established practice with a robust staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the provision of family medicine and internal medicine services and be expected to deliver comprehensive medical care to patients and engage in clinical care.Responsibilities

Prompt and complete attention to all patient care needs including diagnosis, treatment, and the performance of medical procedures (within their scope of practice).Employing quality and process improvement techniques.Collaboration, communication, and coordination wiht all physicians and healthcare personnel caring for patients.Efficient use of departmental, hospital, and healthcare resources.QualificationsBC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family MedicineMust be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey2+ years of experience is requiredStrong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven group
