Job Responsibilities:

  • Process domestic & international invoices for multiple legal entities and product groups, inclusive of:
    • OBD (Outbound Deliveries) billing
    • Service Contracts billing, monthly, quarterly
    • Project Billing plans based on contract milestones
      • POC (Percentage of Completion) – revenue recognized periodically throughout life of contract
      • CCM (Completed Contract Method) – customer advances and revenue recognized at end of contract
  • Manage distribution of invoices through various channels (mail, email, Ariba, Coupa, Tungsten, Taulia & other various invoice portals).
  • Assist customers with tax disputes, freight, purchase order discrepancies and various customer requests as needed.
  • Generate monthly/quarterly intercompany rebills to various legal entities for allocation of shared costs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
  • SAP/S4Hana Experience is strongly preferred; not required.
  • 3 years’ work history in similar position handling complex billing plans in a large company environment.
  • Experience with Automated billing processes.
  • Sales tax experience relating to billing.
  • Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Multi-Currency (USD, EUR, CAD, etc).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to interact with all levels in an organization.
  • Good verbal & written communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain customer service focus.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Outlook and Word, and preferable to have experience using TEAMS.
