Position Summary
The primary responsibility of the Assistant Store Manager is to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external visitors to the store. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting with customer questions, ringing sales into the POS system; maintaining adequate stock levels; store cleanliness; inventories; and settling cash and credit card sales at the end of the day.

Duties and Responsibilities                                                                                                                                                      Â
- Assist with store merchandising, product display, inventory levels and store cleanliness.
- Provide Customer Service in store on game and non-game days.
- Retrieve stock from store rooms and transfer merchandise through POS system.
- Communicate any stock needs from merchandise stands throughout the arena.
- Must assist customers with selection of merchandise and maintain total customer service.
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
- Assist with the day to day operations of the department in all areas with special regards to receiving merchandise and verifying packing slips. Assisting with on-line orders and inventory.     Â

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of sports retail experience
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to be on feet for majority of work day
- Must be computer literate, POS System experience
- Prior retail management experience helpful

Compensation
- The range for this role is $16.13 to $22.18 per hour. NOTE: Wages will be determined based on factors such as candidate experience, qualifications, skill set and internal equity.
