  • Design residential alnd commercial plumbing layouts
  • Follow all code requirements
  • Prepare design spec documents
  • Design in accord with client specifications and builder capabilities
  • Support client relationships

 

Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience in plumbing and electrical design
  • Proficiency in plumbing codes and standards
  • Knowledge of plumbing systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or 3-D design software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of project management software
