    Responsibilities:

  • Drive quality engineering excellence in medical device manufacturing, ensuring top-notch compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Lead the charge in addressing nonconformances, from inspection to corrective actions, and spark continuous improvement through data analysis.Analyze production data to support risk management and guide process enhancements.Collaborate with manufacturing engineering to implement cutting-edge process controls and validations.Oversee inspection and testing of materials and products to ensure superior quality.Tackle yield issues by optimizing vendor processes and refining inspection methods.Investigate defective components and work with suppliers to resolve issues efficiently.Support and excel in internal audits to maintain high-quality standards.Communicate ideas clearly and impactfully, driving results.

The Successful Applicant

Background and Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering roles.Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards related to medical devices.Experience in manufacturing complex products, particularly in controlled environments.Proficient in problem-solving methodologies, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.Skilled in handling non-conforming materials and assemblies.Experience with statistical analysis tools and data-driven decision-making.Ability to effectively communicate ideas and information.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related scientific field.
