We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Starbucks Team Lead Barista at the Hartford Marriott and are actively looking to meet the best and brightest talent that the hospitality industry has to offer. We would welcome the opportunity to speak to you regarding this position. 

Assist the Starbucks Supervisor with the following:

  • Certification and training for new hires, and new product launches
  • Coordinate breaks and rotate stations.
  • Actively work the counter, lead by example to provide 100% guest satisfaction
  • Assign both daily and deep cleaning tasks to staff members.
  • Assist with ordering, scheduling, and inventory
  • Assist with guest relations
  • Constant communication to team as well as other departments for upcoming events that increase volume, as well as new product launches etc. 
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with all Starbucks and Marriott Brand Standards. Requirements
    • Must be an outgoing, positive, friendly person.
    • Prior Barista experience is required. 
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule weekdays, weekends and holidays. 
    • Must be available to open the store on some shifts and close on the others. 
    • You must be able to pass a thorough background check as well as be drug free. Benefits
