Position: Associate Product Line Manager

What will you do?

A day in the life of an Associate Product Line Manager at Altra looks a little like this.

The Assistant Product Line Manager's primary role is to execute to product creation efforts, beginning with line planning through commercialization. This role will work closely with the product team, as well as cross functional departments to effectively identify and execute opportunities in the market to meet consumer needs. Additional responsibilities for this role include presenting to internal teams and customers, and supporting in the creation of deliverables for key meetings and launches.

Let's break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.

Manage product creation from concept briefing through commercialization. Interact with cross functional teams effectively and efficiently to ensure tasks and deliverables are executed on time. Present future topics, products, and lines to internal and external parties. What do you need to succeed?

We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you'll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 3-5 years of experience and professional achievements.

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong presentation skills Analyze marketplace trends Strong business communication skills Ability to effectively communicate across teams Task oriented and timeline driven Needs to be nimble and can adjust quickly Ability to lead and align teams to a unified goal There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.

Hiring Range:

$73,440.00 USD - $91,800.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
