Description

Citizens Securities is responsible for providing a complete line of investment/insurance products and functionality to our Financial Advisors and clients. The primary role of a CSI Cashiering Research Specialist is to perform all aspects related to the operational needs of the broker dealer, while providing world class customer service. 

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Handling all money movement transactions (bank payments, checks, wires, account journals, internal/external transfers) 
  • Processing all physical and remote check deposits, as well as stock/bond certificates 
  • Incoming mail handling and repository filing 
  • Ensuring prompt, accurate and timely resolution to all requests and inquiries including phone correspondence  

Qualifications

  • Financial Services background/previous experience strongly preferred 
  • Strong attention to detail/data and quality oriented 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with multiple priorities 
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve/make decisions independently 
  • Ability and willingness to adapt to an ever-changing work environment 
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred 

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40 
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
