Job Description:

CT Technologist (4 days/10 hour shifts) - The David H. Koch Center for Cancer Care

 

Intriguing per diem opportunity available.  We are seeking CT Technologists at The David H. Koch Center for Cancer Care. This facility offers the highest standards of comprehensive cancer care delivered by MSK oncologists, in an environment crafted to meet the unique needs of cancer patients and their families Join a team delivering world class care to patients at our facility in Manhattan 

 

Role Overview:

  • Perform a variety of C.T. & x-ray imaging procedures that require independent judgment and ingenuity with minimal supervision, on patients of all age groups.
  • Operate CT scanners and associated equipment safely and in accordance with established policies and practices.
  • Explain procedures to patients, monitoring for patient safety and comfort, administering contrast (IV and/or Oral).
  • Conduct imaging in accordance to established protocols and quality standards.
  • Enter complete and accurate documentation into all MSK/Radiology systems.

Key Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree / Certified Vocational Training or Graduate of a 2 yr AMA approved Radiology school.

  • ARRT in Radiography and C.T.

  • NYS Department of Health License in Diagnostic Radiography, IV Certification.

Additional Information:

  • Location: The David H. Koch Center for Cancer Care, 530 E. 74th St. in Manhattan
  • Schedule: 10-hour shift, 10 am - 8 pm, Monday-Friday, alternate Saturdays
  • Reporting to the Supervisor, Diagnostic Radiology

Pay Range: $41.18-$65.85/hour

 

$10,000 bonus available for new hires.
