    Job Description

    The PM is responsible for:

  • Overseeing 2-5 jobs on average at a time
Regular site visitsCommunicating with the Site SuperintendentSchedule and material management, etc.Understanding and implementing construction principles, techniques and proceduresAttending weekly project meetings as neededReporting to Director of Operations

The Successful Applicant

The right PM will have:

5+ years of related PM experience working with a Commercial GCExperience working as a PM on Healthcare, Commercial, Life science projects (preferred)MEP project experience Preferred - Process piping and plumbing projects and heavy mechanical experience (not so much electrical work)Proficiency in Procore, BluebeamConstruction related Bachelors Degree
