Responsibilities
Assume full responsibility of oversight of the entire network and system infrastructure, ensuring proper configuration, implementation, maintenance, and continuous monitoring of security firewalls, software, servers, data, and internet connections. Play a pivotal role in the IT department by coordinating the selection, implementation, and upgrade of business software and services, aligning IT initiatives with the strategic objectives of the company. Streamline IT roles and responsibilities to enhance speed and efficiency while supporting evolving business demands, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness. Ensure consistency and maintainability of operating infrastructure environments through the creation, maintenance, and enforcement of well-documented standards and procedures. Develop and enforce robust security architecture, procedures, and controls to ensure that all information and data are secure and compliant with relevant security and storage regulations. Establish and manage operational and capital budgets to support operational efficiencies and IT managed Projects, ensuring adherence to overall financial objectives and tracking annual departmental expenditures. Lead, mentor and build a high-functioning IT support team to ensure IT capabilities effectively support the business's goals and objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Demonstrate excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a cross-functional team towards achieving unified goals. Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization. This includes proactively reaching out to other business unit managers and peers to ensure alignment and collaboration across the company. Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes efficiently, with in-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g., supply chain management, budgeting, and customer service delivery). Possess strong knowledge of networking, data storage solutions, disaster recovery planning, and security solutions, with working knowledge of data analysis and performance benchmarking. Extensive experience in overseeing network and system infrastructure, ensuring robust and reliable IT operations.
Demonstrated experience in establishing and managing operational and capital budgets, aligning IT spending with business priorities.
Education/Training:
A bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent years of related experience and other degrees will be considered. ITIL Intermediate Certification desired or willing to obtain.
