What You'll Do:

  • Deliver routine daily medications, both prescription and non-prescription, with utmost accuracy and care.
  • Work closely with nurses and medical staff to provide comprehensive patient care and medication management.
  • Record medication dosages and times, observe and document patient conditions, and contribute to meticulous patient records.
  • Collect samples for analysis while ensuring the integrity and labeling of specimens.
  • Follow written and verbal medication management instructions according to facility requirements, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
  • Keep equipment clean and well-maintained, uphold all health and safety standards, and respond promptly to patient needs.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Certified Medication Technician certification
  • High school diploma or the equivalent 
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Certified Medication Technician or similar role
  • Experience working in assisted living or long-term care required
  • Willingness to any shift, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills dedicated to patient care
  • Must have a professional nurse entrepreneur mindset
